The origin
Based on an ancestral recipe for Galician pumpkin chorizo, the Calabizo pumpkin sausage is an innovative food.
There is no other vegetable sausage on the market similar to chorizo and made in a traditional way: of curing and smoking with oak wood.
A food of great nutritional value, few calories, high in fibre, rich in antioxidants, a source of vitamin B6 and with the same flavor as always.

Pumpkin (90%), Onion, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Paprika, Salt, Garlic, Oregano
In the production of 1 kg of Calabizo we use 5 kg of pumpkin, thus guaranteeing a high nutritional content and a tasty snack.

There are many ways to try calabizos. Our recommendation is that you cook them, and you will discover the unique and unmistakable flavour that contributes to many dishes and recipes.

The CRAEGA (Galician Ecological Agriculture Regulatory Council) is the official organism of Galicia that certifies us as an ecological operator to be able to provide these references.
